Based on our experience at hundreds of weddings, we recommend:<\/p>\n

  1. Arrival:<\/strong> A single departure time so that everyone arrives at the ceremony 30 minutes earlier.<\/li>\n
  2. First Return (The \u00abBroom Bus\u00bb):<\/strong> Approximately 1 hour after the open bar opens. Ideal for grandparents and parents with children.<\/li>\n
  3. Second Return:<\/strong> 2 hours before the end.<\/li>\n
  4. Closure:<\/strong> The final bus with the bride and groom and their party friends.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
