What time do I put the bus back?

This is the million dollar question for the bride and groom. Poorly planned bus schedules can spoil the party (if they leave too early) or tire out the grown-ups (if it's too late).

The Formula for Success

Based on our experience at hundreds of weddings, we recommend:

1. Arrival: A single departure time so that everyone arrives at the ceremony 30 minutes earlier.
2. First Return (The «Broom Bus»): Approximately 1 hour after the open bar opens. Ideal for grandparents and parents with children.
3. Second Return: 2 hours before the end.
4. Closure: The final bus with the bride and groom and their party friends.
