Transfer to Tarifa: The Gateway to Africa and a Kitesurfing Paradise

Transfer to Tarifa: The Gateway to Africa and a Kitesurfing Paradise

From Málaga to the Windy City

Tarifa is the southernmost point in Europe, famous for two things: incredible kitesurfing and the ferry service to Tangier (Morocco). However, there is no rail link to Tarifa, and public buses from Málaga are slow and infrequent.

For groups of surfers carrying equipment, or tourists wishing to catch the morning ferry to Africa, a private transfer is the only reliable option.

Surfing Equipment Logistics

Kitesurfing boards and sails are bulky. You can’t easily take them on a standard bus. Our vehicles have large luggage compartments designed for oversized sports equipment. We’ll pick you up at Málaga Airport and drive you straight to your campsite or hotel in Valdevaqueros or Los Lances.

The Morocco Day Trip Connection

If you’re planning a day trip to Tangier:

  • We’ll pick you up from your hotel in Marbella/Málaga early (e.g., 7.00 am).
  • We’ll drive you directly to Tarifa Port (approx. 1 hour 15 minutes from Marbella).
  • We’ll be waiting for you whilst you enjoy your day in Africa.
  • We’ll be there to pick you up when the ferry returns in the evening.

Avoid the expensive parking charges at Tarifa harbour and the stress of driving after a long day of sightseeing.
