The lighting of the lights on Calle Larios in Malaga has become a national tourist phenomenon. Millions of LED lights and musical performances attract thousands of visitors every night from November to January. It's beautiful, yes, but trying to get there by private car is a nightmare.

During Christmas, the car parks in the centre of Malaga (Plaza de la Marina, Camas, etc.) hang the «Full» sign from early afternoon. The queues to get in can last for hours, and the traffic gets backed up. Many visitors end up parking far away or driving around in frustration, missing the 19:00h or 20:30h show.
